We have exciting news to share: CPS is growing! Thanks to significant grant funding, CPS is expanding our team to advance sustainable pharmacy practice models and bring better care to communities across Colorado. We are committed to using these resources to position pharmacists and pharmacy technicians as the essential providers of care they are trained and equipped to be, and we need the right people to help us get there. We are currently recruiting for three positions: Grant Programs Manager • Serves as the operational backbone of CPS's active grant portfolio • Manages deliverables, timelines, budgets, and subcontractor relationships across two funded programs • Ideal for an organized, mission-driven professional with project or grants management experience View Grant Programs ManagerPractice Advancement Technician • Serves as the subject matter expert for all technician-focused chronic disease education and training • Brings a real-world technician lens to chronic disease curriculum and Community Health Worker program development • Ideal for an experienced, Colorado-licensed CPhT passionate about elevating the technician profession View Practice Advancement TechnicianPractice Advancement Pharmacist • Serves as the clinical pharmacist subject matter expert for chronic disease education and training • Helps shape the training infrastructure that will prepare Colorado pharmacists to practice at the top of their license • Ideal for a practicing pharmacist excited about workforce development and the future of community pharmacy providing chronic disease management View Practice Advancement PharmacistsAll three positions are hybrid/remote and Colorado-based.
